Garry Hop. Il risveglio dei giganti

It’s March 21, the first day of spring, and music is celebrating the peace ceremony between the Verroti and Fiderbi. Akor Bridge is lit up with bronze candelabras and everyone is dancing happily. But then the very thing that Garry Hop had dreamt of comes to pass: a nightmare in which the Island of Hunnia is poisoned. The notorious merchant Kornelius Gunterov comes to the ceremony with jars full of a mortal poison. Along with two other bandits, Kornelius kidnaps Garry, Alina, little Elly and the shaman Gropiùs. Then they commandeer a hooked eagle and fly to Hunnia where they plan to gain possession of its magical nature, which would allow them to enslave both peoples. But when the eagle refuses to fly over the island, Kornelius reacts by throwing his lethal poison into Star Lake, killing off countless fish and polluting Hunnia’s fertile land. The eagle flies as far as an isolated rock outcropping that isn’t far from a mysterious and unexplored territory: the Land of the Giants.
