I fiaschi

Released almost clandestinely, Francesco Targhetta’s I fiaschi has over the years become a cult book, the birth certificate of a writer now considered among the most original of his generation. Many have recognized themselves in this alienating collection of drinking and failure (according to the double meaning of the title), self-denigration and outbursts of revolt, told with bitter as well as engaging irony.
