Bernard e la fontana delle cicogne

by Alberoni Giulio
Bernard e la fontana delle cicogne

Bernard is just a child, unable to understand the horror of war. Feeling responsible and being sure that everything has happened because he and his friend Ernest have stolen the grapes from Mr. Humann garden, he runs away from the refuge. Accompanied by Ernest and his sister Suzanne, Bernard escapes the supervision of the adults, making the adventure started. The kids will look for Mr. Humann to apologize, but it seems that it’s not enough. So Bernard starts thinking that everything’s going wrong because of the ghosts, who hate children and try to eradicate the joy from the world. The only way to solve this situation – he conceives – is the reconstruction of the Fontaine aux enfants, the famous fountain where the storks pick up children to deliver. Since then, the order and the happiness will be restored.
