Via dall’Africa
by Rossi Damiano, Rossi Damiano
He spent ten years in Africa then, suddenly, he was obliged to leave it to escape the revenge of powerful men. He had to become the photo-reporter whose pictures would have made aware the world about the young actress of a new Disney movie. Not at all. He discovered Pandora’s box: children abuse and pedophilia. This is the story of his existence in Africa, a continent full of life as well as injustice, violated human rights and lost hopes. However it has been true life. He was the only white man playing football in the Burundian second division and boxing in Kampala Boxing Club. A white man who does not suffer about mal d’Africa, a white man who lived continent to the end. Preface by Michele Barbaro.
