Lavinia was a small match girl, very poor and alone. On Christmas Eve in Milan, it was very cold and nobody seemed to notice Lavinia\’s presence, nobody bought her a single box of matches. When Lavinia was about to abandon all hope, a fairy appeared to her from a taxi: a beautiful elegant and sophisticated woman. The fairy gave Lavinia an exceptional ring, it was a magic ring, thanks to which the girl not only solves all her survival problems, but she happily takes revenge on the indifference and arrogance of adults.

Pitzorno Bianca
Bianca Pitzorno. Graduated in Literature, she has produced many cultural and children\’s television programs, including «L’Albero Azzurro». To date the number of his essays and novels, for children and adults has exceeded fifty. In 1996 the University of Bologna awarded her an honorary degree in Education Sciences; in 2001, Unicef named her Goodwill Ambassador. In 2012 he was among the five finalists for the «Hans Christian Andersen Award»
