Educazione alla teatralità: la prassi

This volume was created in continuity with the theoretical reflections of the text \’Education to Theatricality. The theory” by Gaetano Oliva and its primary purpose is to provide exercises, suggestions and operational proposals to design and build a theater education laboratory. One of the cardinal principles of this science is the importance, alongside and starting from doing, of reflection; for this reason the activities presented here are accompanied by both psycho-pedagogical and expressive-artistic considerations regarding their use, their purpose and their application methodology. The artistic reflections contextualize the activities within and according to the learning of languages ​​in view of the development of individual creativity; the psycho-pedagogical ones guide the practices according to the person\’s growth, favoring the educator / teacher in the planning.

The text consists of an introduction and three chapters. The introduction, curated by Gaetano Oliva; presents the relationship between theatrical practice and human existence providing a brief theoretical framework of the Theater Education workshop; the first chapter, edited by Lucia Montani, it presents from a philosophical point of view and aesthetic the Education to Theatricality by analyzing how the laboratory theatrical affects the formation of the identity of the person and on the development of his relational and communicative ability. The second and third chapters, edited by Marco Miglionico, present laboratory exercises.
